- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 T cornmeal
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter, melted and cooled
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 T lemon rind
- Toss the sugar, flour, and cornmeal with a fork until well-blended. Add 4 eggs, well-beaten.
- Mix with all the other ingredients and bake in raw pie shell 40 minutes at 350 F or until firm.
- Cool completely before serving.
