Whip up this delicious seven layer dip for your Memorial Day potluck.
Memorial Day is coming up (May 27th) and that means that many of us are preparing for barbecues and potlucks. If you are gathering with friends and family to enjoy the long weekend and to commemorate those who lost their lives while serving in the military, whip up this easy and delicious dip that will impress all. This recipe is great for any potluck, the ingredients are simple and cheap, and the end product looks and tastes amazing! What’s not to love?
- 1 cup Refried Beans
- 1 cup Guacamole (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup Salsa of choice
- 1 cup Chunky Queso
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- ½ cup Olives, sliced
- ½ cup Green Onions, thinly sliced
- Layer each “ingredient” across a medium-sized glass dish, in the order in which they are listed. I like to use a spatula to spread out each layer evenly!
- Serve with chips, fresh veggies, or as desired. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
Top tip: Serve this dip in a large glass container – when put together, the layers can look quite stunning!
