Many people are feeling the ill effects of leading a sedentary lifestyle. One way you can combat that, and manage stress at the same time, is to exercise on your lunch break. Take a walk outside in the park or – if you’re working from home – find an online class or video to try. This can help you blow off steam, lift your mood, and get into better shape.
